Today, DECO announced that its DKI6310 and DKI6330 millimeter-wave wireless isolation products have received certification from the VDE Testing and Certification Institute, meeting the reinforced insulation requirements of DIN EN IEC 60747-17 (VDE 0884-17). This certification provides independent validation of the two products’ insulation safety and marks an important milestone in DECO’s continued product development and international expansion.
Next-Gen Digital Isolation Architecture
Both certified products feature DECO’s proprietary MillConnex® millimeter-wave wireless isolation technology. Introduced in September 2025, this pioneering approach to digital isolation combines high isolation withstand voltage, high-speed data transmission, low latency, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI).
MillConnex® uses millimeter-wave RF signals to transmit data across an insulation barrier. Insulation thickness, separation distance, and dielectric materials can be tailored to the requirements of the end application, enabling chip-level isolation withstand voltages in the tens of kilovolts.
Comprehensive Product Portfolio
Building on this technology, DECO has developed a portfolio for data center solid-state transformers (SSTs), high-frequency server power supplies, energy storage, industrial equipment, and new energy systems. These products address the growing need for higher switching frequencies, higher DC bus voltages, and greater power density in power electronics.

- DKV56xx & DKV66xx Isolated Gate Drivers:Designed for IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC, and GaN devices.
- Ultra-High-Voltage Isolation Modules:Built for SST applications, offering isolation withstand voltages of up to 50 kV while meeting applicable safety requirements, providing an alternative to fiber-optic isolation in suitable applications.
Products across the portfolio are currently undergoing extensive testing with DECO’s partners as part of ongoing design-in activities.

VDE certification adds a recognized, independent safety credential to the DKI6310 and DKI6330, giving customers a documented basis for component selection and system insulation design.
